Preston Schools’ Cross-Country
On Wednesday this week, around 60 pupils made the journey to Archbishop Temple to compete in the Preston Schools’ cross country meet. Another fantastic turn out from the pupils who once again achieved some amazing results. Each and every pupil gave their all on the evening and we are extremely proud of everyone who competed. Below are our top 5 results from each of the competition categories, providing a small snapshot into the success experienced on the night. All pupils who finished in the top 10 for their age group will move forward and represent team Preston at the Lancashire School's cross country.
Year 7 Girls - Eva (2nd), Matilda (5th), Elsie (9th), Megumi (21st), Husainah (28th)

This was all achieved after numerous laps around the tough Temple course, and the dreaded hill was just one of the challenges our pupils overcame on the evening. Well done once again to all involved! Finally, a massive thank you to our Year 11 runners who have ran for the last time, some of whom have competed every single year!
