European Day of Languages Bake Sale
To celebrate European Day of Languages, our Year 7 pupils showed off their baking talents with a fantastic selection of European-in
spired treats.
From Polish Karpatka and German Franzbrötchen to Black Forest gâteau cupcakes and triple chocolate brownies, there was plenty to tempt everyone at breaktime!
A huge thank you to all our Year 7 bakers for their creativity, hard work and generosity. Their efforts not only helped us celebrate the languages and cultures of Europe but also contributed towards their Best of Broughton award.
Our team of volunteer pupils also deserve a big thank you for giving up their breaktime to help sell the cakes and keep everything running smoothly.
Thanks to everyone who baked, bought and enjoyed a slice of Europe, we raised an amazing £203.82 for Macmillan Cancer Support!
Well done and thank you to everyone involved!
