Year 8 Science Trip to London
Last Thursday, our Year 8 pupils embarked on an exciting and educational trip to London, packed with discovery, culture, and fun! The day began with a visit to the Science Museum, where pupils explored interactive exhibits and cutting-edge technology, sparking curiosity and wonder. The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the spectacular performance of Wicked at the Apollo Theatre. The dazzling costumes, powerful music, and incredible performances left everyone in awe and added a magical touch to the experience. After a full day of learning and exploration, the group enjoyed a delicious all-you-can-eat breakfast the following morning, which was a big hit with everyone and gave us the energy we needed for the day ahead. We then made our way to the Natural History Museum, where pupils were captivated by towering dinosaur skeletons, fascinating fossils, and immersive displays about the natural world. Throughout the trip, our pupils represented the school with pride. Their behaviour was exemplary, and they were a credit to both themselves and the school.
