Indoor Athletics Championships
This week, our Year 7 athletes travelled to Preston College, for the annual indoor athletics championships. The team competed in a range of individual and team sprint races as well as five different field events, including speed bounce, vertical jump, standing long jump, standing triple jump and standing shot put. The Year 7 compete as two separate teams, one boys and one girls, against the ten other schools from across the Preston District.

In the girls’ competition, we came 3rd overall with a score of 297 points.
