Dance Workshop for Years 7-10

On Wednesday 25^th June, 16 pupils from Years 7-10 participated in a workshop with Sarah Hall from Preston Youth Dance Company. The workshop gave pupils an insight as to what it would be like to joining the Dance Company if successful at the audition in Thursday 3^rd July. Pupils had the opportunity to explore contemporary dance and add their own flair and style to the choreography. PYDC is in its 13^th year and those who perform in the company have the opportunity to tour with the company performing in prestigious theatres and settings across the north of England.  Furthermore, pupils work with famous choreographers from across the UK to allow them to experience professional dance.   All pupils can sign up to the audition which is on the 3^rd July at UCLAN.   For more information please contact me or visit https://www.bluemoosedance.org.uk/projects/pydc/
