We are looking to appoint a new Head of Design & Technology (KS3 and KS4), who is a talented, well-qualified teacher of Food & Nutrition, who can continue to lead and develop this subject. The Design and Technology team here at Broughton have a wealth of experience and have repeatedly produced excellent outcomes for our pupils.
The Head of Design & Technology will lead and develop the Design & Technology department at Key Stages 3 and 4. The postholder will be responsible for ensuring high standards of teaching, learning and achievement across the subject, with strong subject expertise in Food and Nutrition. The role requires an ambitious and organised practitioner who can drive curriculum quality, maintain excellent practice, and promote creativity, technical understanding and problem solving in a modern environment.
