ATTENDANCE GUIDANCE FOR PUPILS EXHIBITING SYMPTOMS OF COVID

In line with the DFE guidance, May 2022, pupils with the key symptoms of COVID-19, a high temperature or feeling unwell, should not attend school..

Children who are unwell and have a high temperature should stay at home and avoid contact with other people. They can return to school when they no longer have a high temperature and they are well enough to attend. Pupils with a positive Covid-19 test should try to stay at home and avoid contact with other people for 3 days.

Thank you for your co-operation.

Extra-curricular Activities

Get Involved - The more you do, the more you achieve!

Many of our pupils have taken part in the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, others have chosen to join the school concert band, drama club or one of our modern foreign language or music groups. Sport is a real strength at Broughton and pupils participate in a wide range of activities. We enter as many local and regional competitions as possible, enabling our pupils to improve and succeed in equal measure.

We believe that school is more than just lessons and we encourage everybody to get involved and make the most of all the varied opportunities available here at Broughton.
